Purchase and Shipping
Shopping online with Yardly Art is safe and guaranteed. The artwork that Yardly Art sells is new and free from flaws such as chips, cracks, and scratches. Please note however, that handmade work is, by its very nature, irregular and imperfect, and this is part of what makes each piece unique- irregularities in shape, texture, color are normal and should not be considered defects. All items are packed with care and insured through the shipping company. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately and I will promptly remedy the problem to the best of my ability. Yardly Art accepts returns for exchange (less shipping costs). Returns may be made within 30 days from date of shipment with receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your item is received damaged, it is most likely due to a shipping mishap. Please contact me immediately via email within 24 hours of delivery so I can remedy the situation. You will then receive a replacement, free of charge. If your item is damaged, please include “Damaged Order” in the subject line of your email and include a phone contact in the email. Please note that you must retain the original packaging from the damaged item, even if it is in poor condition. I will provide instructions for packaging the item for return when you email.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days from date of shipment with receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To return an item you must email me to receive a return authorization. Return shipments will not be accepted if you have not notified Yardly Art ahead of time. The customer is responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. Returns are accepted for exchange only.
Privacy Policy
Payments for purchases from Yardly Art through our online shopping site are handled by Paypal. Yardly Art does not handle or retain any customer credit card information related to purchases on this site.
Yardly Art does NOT share your email address with any third parties.
